Description
The Ministry of Education provides an electronic service that enables owners of special education schools to submit requests to determine tuition fees and register them via the special education portal one year before the start of the school year. The Ministry of Education will not consider any fee changes after that period.

Dear beneficiary: If the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL
Controls and Conditions
- The beneficiary owns a school /schools that work and are registered in the Noor system.
- There is a specific period for submitting requests.
- The beneficiary is an owner of a newly established school or one that lacks a previously approved decision.

The expected time to close the request: Two working days.
If you do not receive a response within the specified period, you can contact the user Care Center at 19996, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
