1. Before beginning the registration process, carefully review the general conditions to ensure that they apply to you and that you are eligible to apply. Failure to do so can burden you and others and impede the speedy completion of the procedures for your colleagues who meet the requirements.
2. The terms, notices, declarations, and electronic pledges with the forms constitute legal documents for those who agree to them; therefore, each applicant must carefully review all content before deciding.
3. The applicant is responsible for the information submitted electronically. The ministry will revise and revoke any erroneous information underlining an incorrect decision. The individual who supplied the inaccurate information bears the responsibility, as information based on falsehood is intrinsically false.
4. The applicant is solely responsible for submitting the application and uploading the necessary documents. They must complete this process personally and cannot delegate it to others, as the application entails commitments, conditions, and warnings they must understand. All applicants will be fully accountable in this matter.
5. The application process is electronic while registration is open. If the Ministry closes electronic registration, it will not consider any application, regardless of the reason.
6. Document submission is integral to the application process; the applicant must upload all required materials during registration to proceed with the remaining procedures. Applicants must prepare and upload their documents during the application process.
7. The applicant must respond to the audit officials, who will contact him when needed regarding his documents. Ignoring their requests indicates a lack of interest in completing his procedures, which the audit official will interpret as a withdrawal and reject his request.
8. One of the general conditions is that the applicant must be a Saudi national; the official document for this is the national identity card.
9. The National ID Card is a mandatory document. All applicants must verify that the card is valid and not an outdated version lacking a chip, even if the card's date is valid.
10. Holders of expired cards must renew theirs before registration, as the system will not allow applicants with expired national ID cards.
11. Passports are mandatory documents upon registration. Applicants must verify that their passports are valid for at least one year.
12. Holders of expired passports must renew them before registration, as the system will not allow registration for applicants with expired passports.
13. The applicant must have a registered national address, as the system will not allow registration without such an address.
14. Graduation certificates, expected graduation, or students with some remaining graduation requirements may be accepted initially at the application phase if the remaining conditions and justifications are met. The nomination shall be deemed invalid without the graduation document and equivalency if the previous qualification is obtained outside the Kingdom. The student bears responsibility if the seats are occupied or the registration process is closed before the required documentation is attached.
15. The official graduation document certified by the issuing authority must be attached when applying. Images taken from the Internet will not be accepted without official authentication. If the graduation document is not in Arabic or English, it must be translated into English by the issuing authority or an accredited authority.
16. The documented official academic record from the issuing authority must be attached when applying. Images taken from the Internet will not be accepted without official authentication.
17. If the academic record is not in Arabic or English, it must be translated into English by the issuing authority or an accredited authority.
18. If the certificate is from outside the Kingdom, attach its equivalency from the General Administration of Equivalency of Certificates.
19. To ensure effective communication, the applicant must possess a permanent mobile number and an accessible email address; the onus of this requirement rests solely on him. The ministry will dismiss any objections regarding the inability to receive messages sent to unregistered mobile numbers and email addresses.
20. A limited number of seats are available in each specialization/educational institution, and applications may be subject to comparison procedures at any stage.
21. Applying for a scholarship does not entail any obligation for the ministry to ensure the scholarship or seat at any stage.
22. The ministry will not be held accountable if the students begin their studies in the program before the scholarship decision is issued, open a file at the attaché, initiate the scholarship, and complete the associated procedures.
