The Ministry of Education offers an online service enabling parents to register male and female students for school transportation services, facilitating procedures, and providing a safe and organized means of transport for students to and from schools.

Alternative channels for obtaining the service
Dear beneficiary,  If the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL  ​

Controls and Conditions​
  1. An active account for guardians in the Noor system. 
  2. Creating a link between the student and the guardian.

In case of failure to respond according to the specified period, you can call the user Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Procedures and instructions after applying for the service:

 

  1. Log in to request a transfer from the guardian's screen.
  2. Enter the data, remembering that the previous choice will fill most of it automatically.
  3. Set the location on the map.
  4. Confirm the request and the mobile number will receive a verification message.
  5. Confirm and succeed in the process
  6. The payment option (via Sadad) appears immediately upon confirmation.
  7. Upon approval, the invoice appears.​
