​​All beneficiaries of the Ministry’s services can communicate wi​th the education departments and receive responses throughout the week, to facilitate access for beneficiaries without the need to visit or travel to the Ministry’s headquarters, and to strengthen the relationship between the Ministry and its various sectors across all regions and governorates of the Kingdom with all segments of society, receive complaints, comments, and suggestions, refer them to the concerned entities for response, follow up on their completion progress, and provide feedback, through the official channels.​
