About E-Service
Description
- The Ministry of Education offers an electronic service that allows the guardian to print an introduction certificate for a regular student to use in certain government transactions.
Alternative channels for obtaining the service
- Dear beneficiary: If the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL.
Controls and Conditions
- Active account for the guardian in the Noor system.
- Linking the student's account to the guardian's.

The expected time to close the request is one working day.
In case of failure to respond according to the specified period, you can call the user Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day and seven days a week.
