New Student Registration (with Disability)

Description An electronic service that enablesparents to register their children with disabilities, after completing their assessment at specialized centers and hospitals, for enrollment in KG3 or First Grade at public kindergartens and schools, based on the type of disability and the appropriate inclusion program (full inclusion or partial inclusion), during the designated registration period without the need to visit the entity’s premises.

1. Sign in via MoE SSO or Nafath. access or via National Single Sign-On.
2. Select a dependent from the list of dependents eligible for registration under the New Students list.
3. Start the registration form.
4. Submit the application, and you will receive updates through the Education Portal.

1. The student must meet the eligible age requirement for registration.
2. A medical fitness examination must be completed.
3. Complete the required steps to obtain a detailed report on the student’s condition from the relevant health authorities.
4. The National Address must be verified.
5. The student must not be enrolled in a private school at the same educational level for which the application is being submitted.
6. A vacancy must be available at the selected school or kindergarten.
7. The application must be submitted during the registration period.
