The Riyadh Investment Conference discusses the future of education and sustainable partnerships.

The 28th World Investment Conference, held in Riyadh, under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and organized by the “Invest in Saudi” platform in collaboration with the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies, from November 25 to 27, 2024.
Eng. Al-Garawi, the Assistant Minister of Education for Private Education and Investment, and Dr. Abdullah bin Ali Al-Dubaikhi, the Assistant Minister of Investment, participated in the session a number of international experts and speakers in attendance.

The session examined prospects for enhancing investment in education and strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors.
In his remarks, Eng. Al-Garawi clarified that developing the education investment ecosystem requires focusing on legislative enablers and adopting innovative funding models that address present and future demands. He also pointed out that improving learning outcomes and education quality represent the main pillars for enhancing the sustainability of this crucial sector.
Eng. Al-Garawi highlighted that adopting sustainable practices to help achieve the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, which prioritizes education. He underlined the significance of developing effective partnerships to broaden and diversify the range of educational opportunities for the benefit of future generations.
The session concluded by emphasizing that investment in education is a crucial catalyst for achieving sustainable development and a vital pillar for establishing and building a knowledge economy capable of global competition.
