The Minister of Education has met several investors from the private education sector and has stressed the importance of partnership working and the development of educational processes

Today, Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed AL Sheikh (Minister of Education) met several investors from the private and international public education sectors to review the project on developing the curriculum and study plans. Also, the application of the three semesters, and the strengthening of partnership with investors to support and evolve the education process. 
The Minister of Education, during the meeting, remarked on the great and continuous support that education has received from our wise leadership to guarantee the process of the development of education in the Kingdom; referring to the importance of partnership and integration between the public and private sectors in reaching the highest global competitive indicators. 
The Minister Al-Sheikh clarified that the Ministry seeks to improve the private education sector based on the development plans and programs for education to provide a key contribution to the development of society, and the achievement of the goals of the nation's ambitious vision. 
In addition, he confirmed that the Ministry will support the efficiency of the education system, including the private education sector, and improving its vital and important role in developing, training, and habilitation.
The meeting testifies to a presentation by the Curriculum Development Center, the Executive Program for High School leads on curriculum development, and the study plans for the next three semesters. 
Also, the meeting witnessed an interaction from the owners of private and international schools, who numbered 22 investors and more than 300 from different regions and governorates from the Kingdom.
During the meeting, they emphasized the readiness of the private sector to keep pace with the developmental aspects of learning led by the Ministry.
In addition, some schools reviewed their experiences in applying the three semesters system, and its impact on developing the students’ personalities and learning outcomes. 
The meeting was attended by the Acting Deputy Minister of Education Dr. Saad Al Fahid, the Undersecretary for General Education Dr. Muhammad Al-Muqbil, Ms. Awatif Al-Harthy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Private Public Education, the General Supervisor of the Executive Program for Secondary Leads, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Humaidan, and the General Supervisor of the Curriculum Development Center Dr. Sami Al-Shuwairekh, the Assistant General Supervisor of the Curriculum Development Center Dr. Muhammad Al-Bunyan, the Curriculum Development Center’s advisor, Dr. Maha Al-Ajmi, and a number of officials from the ministry.
