Participation and cooperation with the private and public sectors​:

The partnership of the public and private sectors with the Ministry of Education has received great attention. The Ministry believes that the process of economic and social development depends on mobilizing and gathering all the capabilities of society, including energies, resources, and expertise, to participate in institutional organizations that undertake the establishment and operation of projects of all kinds and forms.

Partnership is an urgent matter after several separate and independent institutional organizations faced challenges and difficulties in achieving the development goals at the targeted levels. As a result, the Ministry emerged through collaboration with the public and private sectors to direct, manage, operate, and develop projects, businesses, and services in order to achieve its goals and objectives through cooperative participation based on good governance, transparency, and mutual benefit​.​​​
