Description

This service allows students wishing to study abroad to submit a study request to their account.


Alternative channels for obtaining the service

Dear beneficiary: If the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL  


Controls and Conditions

  1. The applicant should not have an open request in the Admission SAFEER or Work SAFEER platforms.
  2. The applicant should  not have an open file in the Academic SAFEER, whether as a student or a companion

Service Level Agreement

The expected time to close the request is five working days.

If you do not receive a response within the specified timeframe, contact the User Care Center at 19996, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

تطبيقات الجوال

  1. Log in to the SAFEER  2 portal through the following link: https://safeer2.moe.gov.sa/Portal/
  2. Under the “Students Wishing to Study" service, click on “Study on One's Own Account."
  3. The terms and conditions screen will appear, and the student must acknowledge the terms and conditions and then press the “Agree and Submit" button.
  4. The student will, on the study request screen and One's Own Account, determine the required academic degree and describe the degree in terms of studying “language and academic degree" or “academic degree" only. He will enter the incomplete personal data and the previous academic qualifications by clicking the “Add a New Qualification" button.
  5. In the data on the geographical location of the educational institution, the student will enter the data on the scientific institution he wishes to study, such as the state and the city.
  6. Then, he will enter the data of the educational institution for the academic stage or training, such as the institution's name, field of study, specialization, and the date of the academic admission.
  7. After entering all the data, all the required documents must be attached, then press the “Submit" button to show the “Application Number."
