The Ministry of Education offers an electronic service that allows the guardian to print an introduction certificate for a regular student to use in certain government transactions.

Dear beneficiary: If the service is not available electronically, you can call the User Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the User Care Center TWASUL .
