Mobile Apps:

  1. Log into the university portal through the following link: jameah.moe.gov.sa
  2. Select “Qualification Service" under Services at the bottom of the page.
  3. Enter the username and password.
  4. You can now take advantage of the service.

    Display qualifications:

    1. Select “My Qualifications" from the submenu after logging into the service.
    2. A window will appear that contains your qualifications

                    If your academic qualifications are not displayed, please follow   

                    the following:

    1. Fill in the data availability request form (qualifications).
    2. Submit the form to the concerned educational institution through TWASUL service at the following link: https://tawasul.moe.gov.sa

    Entity registration:

    1. Select "Register an Entity" from the submenu after accessing the service.
    2. Complete the required information.
    3. Attach the required documents.
    4. After filling in the information and attaching the files, click the "Submit" icon.
    5. The application has been sent and is awaiting approval from the Ministry

    Verification:

    1. Select "Qualification Service" from the submenu after logging in to the service.
    2. Enter the ID number of the person whose qualifications you want to verify, then click on the "Inquiry" icon
