This service allows the request of assistance from the expertise of faculty members in Saudi public universities for public and private sector entities.

Mobile Apps:

  1. Log in to the main page of the university portal through the following link: https://jameah.moe.gov.sa/, then choose the “advisor" service.
  2. Select “Register an Entity" from the submenu after logging in to the service.
  3. Complete the required information.
  4. Attach the proof of the entity's origin, the letter of authorization, and a copy of the identity of the entity's representative.
  5. After filling in the information, click the “Submit" icon.
  6. The request has been sent and is awaiting approval by the Ministry.

    Request a Consultant:

    1. Log into the main page of the university system, as a public or private sector entity, through the following link: https://jameah.moe.gov.sa/, then choose “Request an Advisor" from the services in the main menu.
    2. Enter the identity number of the advisor you would like to request.
    3. Enter the advisor's date of birth and click the “Search" icon.
    4. After clicking on the search icon in the previous step, the required data fields will appear, and then fill in the advisor's personal and academic information.
    5. Specify the type of consultation, its start and end date, and the number of previous consultations.
    6. Upload the required files, then click on the “Submit" icon at the bottom of the page.
    7. After that, you will see a message: “The request has been delivered successfully."​
