A fundamental building block of e-government and a significant national project, the Etimad platform receives support from the Ministry of Finance.

The Etimad plat​form ensures the standardization and facilitation of the procedures for competitions and government procurements in all government sectors.

Furthermore, it increases transparency between government bodies and importers. It also facilitates the importers' procedures and allows access to the largest possible importers segment, contributing to competitiveness and quality.

The Ministry’s current competitions, bid opening dates, submission and online inquiries can be viewed through an approval platform named Etimad P​latform​ after choosing the government entity, Ministry of Education.

The Service "Etimad" let users download the documents of competitions advertised, and reviewing the overall results of the competitions electronically, this is an extension of the Ministry's initiatives aimed at improving and developing the labor market
The aim of the service is to promote and support the transparency of Ministry of Education and as well as clarifying the stages of competitions of the Ministry of Education, Stimulating corporate competition and procurement efficiency.
