1. Log into the main portal of TAWASUL using the following link:
        https://tawasul.moe.gov.sa or the TWASUL App.
2. Select “Submit”   a technical notice ticket. 
3. Fill in the applicant's information
4. Choose the entity to which the Notice will be sent
5. Choose “submit the ticket, " and the beneficiary will be    
notified of the ticked number by text message.

Procedures and instructions after submitting for the service:

1. The system automatically sends the ticket to the concerned   
authority and distributes it automatically to the coordinator or the supervisor associated with the service (its status is “new”).
2. Viewing all tickets is available by the general supervisor and 
the supervisor or coordinator associated with the service.
3. Studying the ticket in the time specified for the ticket (the
period for each service is determined separately by the system administrator).
4. Dissolving the ticket as a final solution or transferring the
ticket to another party (if the referral is made, it will be dealt with by the transferee party as if it were a new ticket).
5. If the ticket is resolved, the external beneficiary will be
informed of the solution of the ticket via SMS message
6. The external beneficiary can see the solution of the ticket

Access to the TAWASUL system requires logging in through the Unified National Access platform. If you experience any difficulties doing so, you may either create a technical support ticket or call the unified number 19996.
You can report a building defect, such as an electrical malfunction or a water leak, as well as damage to the building and its protection and safety equipment.
