Description

The Ministry of Education provides an electronic service enabling parents to transfer their children from one school to another automatically based on the vacancies available in the schools.


Alternative channels for obtaining the service
Dear beneficiary: If the service is not available electronically, you can call the Beneficiary Care Center 19996, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, or contact the Beneficiary Care Center TWASUL  

Controls and Conditions
1- The student must be registered in the Noor system and assigned to a class.
2- The student must be linked to the guardian (father/mother) as the primary guardian to be able to transfer their child.
3- There must be a vacancy in the school to which the transfer is requested.

The expected time to close the request: Three working days.

 If you do not receive a response within the specified period, you can contact the user Beneficiary Center at 19996, available 24 hours a day and seven days a week.

Mobile Apps:

1. Log into the Noor system through the following link https://noor.moe.gov.sa/Noor/login.aspx.
2. Choose “Request to transfer to a school”.
3. Determine ( the Type of department, the education department to be transferred to – the school name).
4. Click on the “install” icon.

Procedures and instructions after applying for the service:​

1. Submit the transfer request and select the school from a pre-existing list.
2. Receive the request from the school leader that the parent wants to transfer his child to.
3. The school leader of the original school receives the request to close down the student's enrollment.
